It's time to mark your calendar for March 15, 16, 17, 2024 when The Winter Park Sidewalk Art Festival returns for its 65th year.
Plan to join us as creativity fills Park Avenue and Central Park showcasing 216 fine artists and 3 emerging artist, along with delicious food, hands-on activities for the kids the schools' art exhibit and music at the concert stage. On March 15th the traditional Friday Night Concert returns to the festival. A rousing salute to Jimmy Buffet will begin at 5:30 pm by the tribute band The Landsharks, followed by the jazzy sounds of the headliner, Michael Andrew and Swingerhead starting at 7:30 pm. It's the Big One, the Original. The Winter Park Sidewalk Art Festival has brought art and the community together since 1960.
🌻Spring Break U-Pick (Mar 15)

Spend spring break indulging in blueberry, sunflower, strawberry and seasonal vegetable u-pick at Southern Hill Farms and let the kids play all day in the Kid Zone while you are here! Pick the season’s first harvest of blueberries and stock up on strawberries and a medley of fresh vegetables, too. We are looking forward to a fun-filled week at Southern Hill Farms. Quantities cannot be guaranteed. Blueberry, strawberry, sunflower and seasonal vegetable picking is first come, first served. Please check our Facebook or Instagram page before making your trip to the farm.
There are no admission fees to enter our seasonal u-pick events, and pets are not permitted. Please see below for more event details. Thanks for loving your local farmer!

You are responsible for paying for everything you pick. Southern Hill Farms is a cashless venue – debit and all major credit cards accepted.
- Complimentary admission and parking
- U-Pick Strawberries: $4/lb.
- Pre-Picked Strawberries: $5/lb.
- U-Pick Sunflowers: $2/flower *Flower Field Area Pass required to enter
- Flower Field Pass: $6 per person ages 10+ and $4 per person for ages 3-9. The pass includes one complimentary u-pick sunflower.
- Pre-Picked Sunflowers: $3/flower (when available)
Keep in mind:
- Southern Hill Farms is a cashless venue. Debit and credit only accepted.
- The entry gate to the parking lot closes at 3:30 pm, entry into the sunflower and strawberry fields ends at 4:00 pm.
- No animals of any kind are allowed on the farm during our winter and spring u-pick season due to state and federal food safety - regulations.
- Outside alcohol, coolers and/or catered meals are prohibited.
- Drones are prohibited at the farm during our public events.
- Southern Hill Farms is a working farm, you will be parking and walking in grass and unpaved areas.
- All events are subject to change or cancellation due to inclement weather and crop availability.

It is with great pride and excitement that Honor Flight Central Florida announces the 6th Annual “Hot Rods for Heroes” Classic CAR, TRUCK & BIKE Show fundraiser to be held Saturday, March 16, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. returning to the northwest parking lot of The Oviedo Mall in Oviedo, FL. Oviedo Mall
This is a fun-filled, family style event with classic and modern show cars, trucks and motorcycles on display. All types of wheels are welcome!
• Meet and talk with and thank WWII, Korea and Vietnam War heroes.
• At 11:00 a.m. immediately following the national anthem, watch our vintage Warbird flyover
• Enjoy vintage vehicles from the Florida Military Vehicle Preservation Association.
• Hear bagpipes courtesy of The City of Mount Dora Pipe Band.
• Buy chances to win a $1000 VISA Gift Card (Need not be present to win)
DJ music with Butch Johnston, WJBJ Cruisin With The Classics. There will be a prize raffle, silent auction and more fun surprises. Food and drinks will be available for purchase. Come out and learn more about our future flight missions, but more importantly, come out to celebrate and thank our Veterans!
Check-in for pre-registered show cars and bikes and on-site registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. at the northwest parking lot of The Oviedo Mall 1700 Oviedo Mall Boulevard, Oviedo, FL 32765 (adjacent to HWY 417 and Red Bug Lake Road). Show car & bike awards will be announced at 1:30 p.m. Pre-registration is $25.00 and ends Wednesday March 13th.
